Celebrating St Andrew's Day

The children in Preschool and Nursery have been celebrating St Andrews Day.
Preschool enjoyed a visit from one of the parents who talked to them about Scotland and Scottish traditions. The children listened to some stories, learnt a new song, and looked at a kilt and a variety of tartans. They were brilliant at Scottish dancing too! The younger children had fun exploring the colours blue and white, as well as porridge oats! They also enjoyed dancing to Scottish tunes and created their own music using pots, pans, and spoons.
