Tonbridge Lions Christmas Hampers

Tonbridge Lion, Allan Mort and his wife Jackie have once again been busy making up Christmas food hampers from Harvest Festival donations. This year, 90 hampers were made, reaching over 300 people in the Tonbridge area. The hampers have been distributed to Tonbridge groups, schools and people nominated by members of Tonbridge Lions Club. In addition to Harvest Festival donations from Hilden Oaks and Leigh Primary, and mince pies from the Hugh Christie School Sixth Form, money was also raised from the proceeds of the Tonbridge Lions Barrel Organ collection in the town over the Christmas period.
